I arrived part way through a story unfolding in the Driver Service Centre today. As I sat down, I saw a middle aged woman indicate a young man to the clerk and comment something to the effect of "at least he has a valid driver's licence." I ride a motorcycle and find that some HOV lanes allow motorcycles and some do not. It is frustrating to pass the non-HOV entrance to a roadway only to find that the HOV lane entrance does not permit motorcycles.
