The case of Russell v Christopherson arose from a collision that occurred on the Trans-Canada Highway near Kamloops. Both drivers entered the Trans Canada Highway eastbound at the Pineview entrance and began to establish themselves in traffic, moving toward the left lane.

This case involves a collision between a driver and a pedestrian at the intersection of East 3rd Avenue and Cotton Drive in Vancouver. Question: I am concerned about the delineators that have been added to both sides of 96th Avenue in Langley. I recently witnessed a situation where an emergency vehicle was stuck behind heavy traffic that was unable to pull over to allow the emergency vehicle to pass. What is the point in this? How are the drivers supposed to react under these circumstances?
