I recieved a ticket a week ago for cell phone use while driving. It was my first ticket aside from a parking ticket. On the ticket it also includes a fine for failing to display my N.
If I pay this ticket am I going to be prohibited from driving? Is there anything I can do? I have a job that requires driving.
Sometimes when I read articles on road safety I come across one that really resonates with me. Perhaps I’ve misunderstood the rules of the road at intersections, but I thought if someone was at the intersection waiting to turn left that you (if you are approaching behind them) should let them make their turn and not pass on the right and travel through the intersection cutting off vehicles that may be turning left from the other direction?
