I am representing my tenant in traffic court as his English fluency is somewhat weak. Two officers stopped him so I was wondering what would happen if only one of them showed up for the trial. I want to cross examine both officers and wonder if the Justice throw the case out since that would not be possible?
Question: My husband was parked on the street and was 8 metres and a bit away from the stop sign, just to the right of the gravel patch shown below. A tow truck was about to tow the car when my husband went to rectify the situation.

We travel the Coquihalla (Highway 5) from Hope to Kamloops twice each year. We are concerned about the increase in the speed limit from 110 to 120 km/h. Many of the drivers go well above that limit which causes dangerous conditions. We are concerned for our safety.
I received a excessive speed ticket while on my motorcycle. I stated to the police officer that I was attempting to elude a tailgater, which he had not seen of course. The tailgater positioned himself behind my bike 3 times in 3 kilometres before I sped off to go to a public venue with cameras should the tailgater cause me trouble.
We have an intersection at Bertram and Bernard in Kelowna that has a pedestrian controlled light on one side that stop Bernard traffic for pedestrians.
Drivers coming south on Bertram can only take a right at Bernard and arrive at a stop sign.
Who’s responsibility is to place a stop sign at a rail crossing? Does one stop at the stop sign or before? Who’s responsibility is it that the track is visible from a distance of 5 or more metres? How is visibility of the track determined?
It was necessary for me to move my 50cc scooter 3 miles from one storage location to another. It was daylight, the weather was good and there was no other traffic on the road at the time. I made an error of judgment and decided to make this move on my scooter without current tags since I would not be using it for several months. It did not occur to me to think about a day pass.
I recently passed the scene of what appears to be a serious motorcycle/car accident on the Connector between Cumberland and Courtenay. There were 3 police cars there and very professional traffic control devices and flag people. The investigation appears to be underway.

Our Mobile Home Park needs a left turn lane off Casorso road in Kelowna BC.
Casorso Road is a reasonable volume road with connections to schools, shopping centers, churches, residences, and other normal destinations.
As it passes by our 130 home park, very dangerous traffic activity occurs at the main entrance/exit.
To brief you in the story: was driving my car without a front license plate. Was stopped at the roadblock and had a conversation with an officer, who mentioned that I don't have a front license plate number and asked me to install it asap and wished me a good way. Next officer which was in 2 meters down the road stopped me too and asked me why don't a have a license plate number and issued my a ticket. I decided to dispute the allegation.
