I can't find it anywhere... How far can, say a 2x4, stick out of a trailer before it needs a flag? (Alberta used to be 5 feet...)

Are there regulations in BC’s motor vehicle laws that say how far apart speed limit signs have to be in order to properly inform the public as to what the speed limit is?
I have found a reference to this in Ontario by searching the internet, but not for BC so far.
I have a mail box and paper drop at the entrance to my property. A car parked in front of the mail box today blocked my exit as I was backing out I scraped it. Do I have any recourse here based on parking violations?
I was ticketed for speeding and contested the ticket. I recieved my trial date notice and wasn't able to make that date. I then applied to change the date and was approved. After that, the ticketing officer called (my wife answered) and wanted to change the new date. He said he would call back as he needed to speak with me, but I never heard from him.
I recently recieved ticket claiming a failure to obey traffic sign. No accident resulted, and this is my first ticket.
On the face of the ticket, the officer stated Sec. 161 of the MVA, but did not specify 161a/161b/161c or 161d.
Me and my fiancé are arguing about passing while driving. One of us says that no matter what, passing more than one vehicle at a time is illegal. The other says that, if it is safe to do so: no on coming traffic etc. one may pass more than one single vehicle. Please inform.
I'm a visitor from Virginia, and have been driving in the Vancouver area for a few times in the past. I have read the DriveSmartBC website information on flashing traffic lights but I still need some assistance: what is / are the difference(s) between a flashing yellow light and a flashing green light?
Highway 33, from above Big White turn off to Beaverdale is getting very dangerous. Travelling either way, cars are waiting too long to pass, and end up returning to their lane on double solid lines, just prior to a corner, and often on the curve of the corner. Anyone coming the other way would have no chance of avoiding a head on collision.
We have a 1956 Ford Victoria, no seatbelts of course. I know it is legal for us to not have seatbelts on, but what about kids who are of the age that they no longer need a booster seat? Can we legally take them out in the car? Our grandsons are always wanting to go for a ride, and we say no as we do not have seat belts. What do you have to say about this?
Question: I was hoping to find out if it is legal to ride a Yamaha BWS50 50cc scooter and take a passenger. I assumed it was legal to ride with passenger but my neighbour thinks it is not legal. Any assistance you can share to resolve this would be much appreciated.
