Q&A - Who Gets to Use Bus Only Lanes?

Q&A ImageQuestion: Are airport shuttles, such as 'Airport Link Shuttle" based out of Surrey allowed in the bus only lanes on Highway 99?

Pictures that I could find indicate that the shuttles are an 11 passenger van, which meets the definition of bus. So, yes, they can use the Bus Only HOV lanes.

And so far as I'm aware, they don't even need to have passengers on board.

Plus which, they can use HOV lanes, I do believe. Sure hope so, cause I do it quite often when I'm driving mine.
