CASE LAW - Vagramov v Zipursky

Gaul, the plaintiff, David Vagramov is suing the defendant, Shaun Zipursky for damages resulting from a motor vehicle collision at an uncontrolled intersection. This case shows both how damages are awarded and examines how drivers must yield to each other as they approach an uncontrolled intersection at about the same time.
