I got checked by a road monitor for an oil company and he said I needed a cargo net between the back seat and the front seat. I've never heard of that. He said it was the law in case something loose hit me in an accident. I've never seen a net in another truck and can't find a law that applies
I just received a notice of prohibition in the mail yesterday stating that I am being suspended from driving for 4 months due to my unsatisfactory driving recording and I must surrender my license. I have received 2 tickets in my 10 years of driving, however I still have my 'N', although I have been able to go for my full license for quite some time.

I have just received my new Off Road Vehicle (ORV) License Plate and I am having difficulty finding a place on the main frame to mount it. It is a Honda Rubicon TRX500 and the only place I could mount it with vee clamps is on the right side of the rear frame but it covers the tail light.

I hate to admit it, but bicycle lanes confuse me. The Motor Vehicle Act (MVA) defines them as a designated use lane that is part of the highway, but not part of the roadway. Both the province and municipalities are able to create designated use lanes and restrict who may use them through legislation. You might be surprised about what this might mean for both cyclists and drivers.
