Question: I have been driving home on Rupert Street in Vancouver lately and there are some lane markings I am not clear about. Between 12th Avenue and about Kingsway there is a narrow right hand lane that has a bicycle and a white diamond, there is no other signage. Are motorcycles allowed to use this lane because they regularly do.

Question: I get a lot of dirty looks when I'm in the HOV lane with my young child in the back seat. I'm sure he counts, doesn't he?!? I've tried asking various authoritative bodies, but no one seems to know for sure.

Question: Is there a certain distance apart the front and rear signal lights have to be apart on a motorcycle? Is there also a distance for how high off the ground they should be? I believe the signals have to be two separate units apart from the head lamps, or tail lamps correct?

Question: If an officer serves a traffic ticket to a driver and makes an error on that ticket, how are they required to serve an amended traffic ticket to the driver? Is there a requirement for the same proof of service as serving the original copy?

Question: Is it correct that the maximum a vehicles OEM height can be modified is 10cm either up or down? Then why do we see trucks on the road with lift kits that are obviously more than 10cm high?

Question: I was driving a Nissan Xterra (fairly large vehicle) south on Ziprick just past Costco in Kelowna. As I approached the three way intersection I observed there was a motorcycle near the center lane with his right turn indicator flashing. As he was in what appeared to me as the straight through lane I assumed he had left his turn signal on in error.

Question: When I purchased a truck the seller did not notify me that it had a rebuilt status and he did not write "R" (for rebuilt) in the appropriate section of the APV9T transfer paper. He lied to me and did not disclose information that he was obligated to disclose.

Question: We know why they do it but what legal authority do tow trucks have to block (cone off) a whole lane on the highway one when the stall is on the shoulder?

I have a question about the Ignition Interlock Program. My son lost his licence for pleading guilty to drinking too much wine at my new years dinner and running to the store for me. He went through a road block, and blew over. I would not have sent him if I thought he was impaired, but with the new laws, he was guilty.

Question: A collection agency is calling my wife about a seatbelt ticket from 7 years ago. She has called ICBC and received a reference number regarding a ticket that was supposed to have been issued to her back in September of 2009.
