I've recently attended traffic court for a speeding in a municipality charge. When I arrived the officer greeted me in the hallway outside the courtroom and invited me into a small meeting room. He then asked me what my intentions were, and after a quick run down of the possible options, I replied that I was here to plead not guilty.
I drove the Inland Island Highway from Campbell River southbound and I encountered heavy fog until approximately Parkville. Question: I received a traffic ticket in July 2012. I disputed the ticket. After reading articles on this site I decided to write to the officer requesting disclosure to prepare for traffic court. I pulled out the ticket and discovered that the officer did not sign the ticket. I've read posts on this site indicating that this renders the ticket invalid.
The drive belt and pulleys of this motorcycle are completely exposed presenting a significant danger to the driver if clothing becomes entangled while the motorcycle is moving.
